BRUNCH & LUNCH

Grazing Platter: selection of Fabrissis meats, cheese, olives, onion bread, grilled seasonal vegetables, salad and the chef's surprise (for two)

 

Ploughman's Platter: cheese, grilled seasonal vegetables, house relish, pickles, salad and sourdough bread

 

Focaccias: salami, sun-dried tomatoes, cheddar and salad OR peppers, zucchini, eggplant, goat's cheese and roquette

 

Toasted sandwiches: ham or ham/cheese or ham/cheese/tomato

 

Chicken Liver Pate

 

Freshly baked tart or frittatta with relish and salad

 

Osso Bucco: with grilled polenta

 

Farmer's Pie: with bullboar sausage, Istra bacon, spinach and tomato

 

Lasagne

 

Linguine: spring vegetable or Istra chorizo

 

Minestrone soup

 

Pizza: Istra chorizo, capsicum, onion and artichoke
