Shipping & Returns
All orders are tracked, shipping confirmation and the tracking number will be sent to customers once the order is complete. You can track your order at www.australiapost.com.au
We will be posting parcels 1-2 times per week (usually Tuesday & sometimes Friday). It can take 5-10 business days on average to receive your parcel. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns about your order and we will responded as soon as we can.
Returns will be accepted for faulty or damaged products only, 'change of mind' returns cannot be accepted due to tampering/hygiene concerns.
At Lavandula we are doing our best at posting out orders as quickly as possible to have the best possible chance of having your items arrive sooner rather than later. However, once we post the items it is out of our control how quickly they will arrive or if they will be delayed. When delays do occur we will do our best to assist anyway we can to speed up the process but unfortunately it is mostly out of our control. We cannot offer refunds for parcels that are delayed but have still been received at a later date. If there is a delay we can lodged an inquiry with Auspost to hopefully find the parcel and send it back on it's way to you. Inquiries can be a lengthy process often due to staffing shortages and a backlog of inquiries through Auspost. We will keep you updated throughout the process if this does occur but please understand that we cannot offer refunds for items until Auspost themselves declares them to be lost within the system. This can take up to 30 days from an inquiry being lodged.
