What Are The Opening Hours?

Maria's Trattoria operates daily. Our kitchen is open 11am to 3pm on week days and 11am until 4pm on weekends. Woodfired pizza is available on weekends, public holidays and during Victorian school holiday periods.

Walk-ins are welcome and bookings are encouraged.

Can I Book Outdoors?

Maria's Trattoria is indoor seating only, if you are bringing pets or would like to enjoy the outdoors while you dine we have food available at our Wood Fire pizza oven or Post Office Deli and Larder.

Can I Book For A Large Group?

Yes, we love hosting larger group events though we require bookings of 12 guests and over to dine from our Chefs Feasting Menu valued at $85 per head with drinks on consumption

Do You Offer Private Dining?

We have a private dining room at the back of Maria's Trattoria that can seat up to 32 guests and has two available sittings at 11:30am and 2pm.
There is a minimum spend of $1,500 and we require a depsoit to secure the booking.

Do You Cater For Dietaries?

Yes, most of our meals can be made to suit all dietary requirements.

Lavandula is a working farm, historic property, and family-friendly destination tucked in the hills of Daylesford.

For over 30 years, we’ve been sharing the beauty of our gardens, food, lavender paddocks, and old stone buildings with locals and visitors alike.

We acknowledge the Dja Dja Wurrung people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which Lavandula stands. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and recognise the ongoing connection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to Country, culture, and community.
