The Private Dining Room suits seated gatherings of up to 32 guests. From the moment your guests arrive to the final pour of wine, our in-house team takes care of everything behind the scenes. We’ll collaborate with you to create a seasonal menu that suits the tone and flow of your event.

Food is served shared-style down the centre of the table, and everything is designed around the season — think autumn roasts, spring salads, summer cordials, and fresh produce picked just a few paddocks away.

Lavandula is a working farm, historic property, and family-friendly destination tucked in the hills of Daylesford.

For over 30 years, we’ve been sharing the beauty of our gardens, food, lavender paddocks, and old stone buildings with locals and visitors alike.

We acknowledge the Dja Dja Wurrung people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which Lavandula stands. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and recognise the ongoing connection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to Country, culture, and community.
