We serve a seasonal rotation of wines from across the Daylesford and Macedon Ranges, plus a few international favourites. You’ll also find lavender lemonade, herbal teas, and local spirits. Pair it all with a selection of local cheese or a classic grazing board.

Tinetti’s Dairy Barn & Wine Shoppe is an homage to the farm’s earliest cultivation as a dairy farm. The space offers a refined yet relaxed ambience — the perfect setting for an afternoon drink or a long, slow pre-dinner pause.

No need to book. Tinetti’s is walk-in only, with plenty of seating.

Can I bring my drink and wander the farm?

Licensed areas are clearly marked. Drinks must be enjoyed in the wine bar area.

For over 30 years, we’ve been sharing the beauty of our gardens, food, lavender paddocks, and old stone buildings with locals and visitors alike.
