For a more indulgent experience, settle in for our seasonal set menu lunch, celebrating the best of the region and our kitchen garden.
The menu will include our seasonal antipasti with vegetables from the kitchen garden and other local growers served pickled, fresh and marinated whipped ricotta, pecorino and local olives. Served with wood-fired focaccia.
Rare roast beef, duck fat potatoes, Tuscan kale in garlic and lemon with horse radish cream.
Poached farm-grown pears with lavender and lemon creme and a spiced ginger crisp.
